[Remote] Head of Amazon & Marketplace

They are seeking a Head of Amazon & Marketplace to own the company's presence and revenue performance across third-party marketplaces, primarily Amazon, and to manage strategy, operations, profitability, and growth of all marketplace channels.ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the marketplace channel strategy aligned with overall business goalsIdentify new marketplace opportunities and lead expansion into new platformsOwn revenue and margin targets for all marketplace channelsManage Seller Central / Vendor Central account health and performance metricsOversee product listings, A+ content, and brand storeLead Amazon advertising (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display) and manage ad spend/ROASHandle FBA logistics, replenishment planning, and IPI score managementOwn listing optimization (titles, bullets, descriptions, keywords, images)Coordinate with marketing/creative teams for content productionManage pricing strategy including competitive repricingManage marketplace P&L — track fees, ad spend, COGS, and net marginReport on key metrics: revenue, conversion rate, ACOS/TACOS, BSR, Buy Box %Identify and resolve profitability leaks (returns, chargebacks, fee structures)Manage a small team (marketplace specialist, content coordinator, ads analyst)Collaborate with supply chain for inventory forecastingWork with finance on reconciliation and marketplace payoutsSkillsExperienced in managing third-party marketplaces, primarily AmazonProven track record of defining and executing marketplace channel strategiesAbility to identify new marketplace opportunities and lead expansion into new platformsExperience owning revenue and margin targets for marketplace channelsProficient in managing Seller Central / Vendor Central account health and performance metricsExperience overseeing product listings, A+ content, and brand store managementKnowledge of Amazon advertising (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display) and managing ad spend/ROASExperience handling FBA logistics, replenishment planning, and IPI score managementSkilled in listing optimization (titles, bullets, descriptions, keywords, images)Ability to coordinate with marketing/creative teams for content productionExperience managing pricing strategy including competitive repricingProficient in managing marketplace P&L — tracking fees, ad spend, COGS, and net marginAbility to report on key metrics: revenue, conversion rate, ACOS/TACOS, BSR, Buy Box %Experience identifying and resolving profitability leaks (returns, chargebacks, fee structures)Experience managing a small team (marketplace specialist, content coordinator, ads analyst)Ability to collaborate with supply chain for inventory forecastingExperience working with finance on reconciliation and marketplace payoutsCompany OverviewSTERRY is a Growth Marketing Agency focused on Crowdfunding, Advertising, PR & Creatives Solutions.
