This role involves coordinating events, managing vendor relationships, and tracking campaign performance metrics.ResponsibilitiesPlanning and executing unconventional, high-impact marketing activations that support client campaignsCoordinating street teams, pop-up experiences, and other experiential stuntsEnsuring all activities align with client objectives and brand guidelinesCollaborating with internal teams and external partners to schedule eventsSecuring permits when needed and managing vendor relationshipsTracking budgets and timelinesDrafting event briefs, organizing logistics, and preparing materialsTracking performance metrics and compiling post-campaign reportsOngoing communication with clients and teammates to refine concepts and troubleshoot issuesSkillsStrong Communication skills, including clear verbal, written, and interpersonal abilities to coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teamsSales and relationship-building skills to support client proposals, negotiate with partners, and advocate for guerilla concepts and execution plansEvent Planning and Project Management skills to organize logistics, manage timelines and budgets, coordinate resources, and ensure smooth on-the-ground executionWriting skills to develop event briefs, recaps, basic campaign copy, and internal documentation for guerilla marketing activationsExperience or interest in guerilla, experiential, or OOH marketing, with a creative mindset and comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environmentsAbility to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt quickly to last-minute changesBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent practical experienceFamiliarity with basic marketing analytics and reporting tools to evaluate campaign performance is a plusCompany OverviewWilkins Media is a marketing and advertising company offering home campaigning solutions.
