They are seeking a Growth Operations Intern to help drive user growth and engagement for their AI platform through data-driven experiments and community engagement.ResponsibilitiesHelp design and execute user acquisition campaigns to attract new developers and AI teamsAssist with user onboarding and activation programsSupport user engagement and retention initiatives, including referral programs and community activitiesAnalyze growth metrics such as user acquisition, activation, retention, and engagementBuild simple reports or dashboards to track growth performanceWork with product and engineering teams to improve onboarding and user experienceCollect feedback from developers and identify opportunities to improve the platformSkillsCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fieldsStrong interest in AI, startups, or developer platformsAnalytical mindset and ability to work with dataComfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, or analytics toolsStrong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionallyExperience with growth, marketing, or community operationsFamiliarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, etc.)Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or data analysisInterest in AI infrastructure, GPUs, or cloud platformsCompany OverviewZettabyte offers an AI-native platform that manages and scales GPU workloads efficiently using its intelligent orchestration system.
