This role involves managing CRM data, supporting product development, and overseeing marketing operations and reporting to enhance growth initiatives. The position is remote and focuses on leveraging data-driven strategies to support the organization's mission in arts education.ResponsibilitiesLead Lists & CRM Data ManagementWork with Clay to build targeted lead lists for B2B initiatives across the portfolioPull and maintain a clean source of truth across all data sources and audiencesManage ongoing CRM data hygiene and workflows in HubSpot for B2B functionsPull and enrich custom lists for specific business units, products, and campaignsHelp build and update landing pages, dashboards, and digital productsCreate and manage content and assets updates across key brand propertiesOversee campaigns end-to-end: proof emails, landing pages, and assets before they go liveBuild and maintain a framework for sales and marketing performance tracking - email campaign reports, campaign workflows, and data-driven sequencesCollaborate with team leads on campaign performance reportingSupport content strategy and execution across channels and business units - email, social, and top-of-funnel positioningSkills2–4 years of experience in marketing, growth, or operationsGenuinely excited about AI tools and use them to move faster and smarterTechnical leaning - experience with the tools listed below is a huge plusStrong generalist who thrives owning multiple workstreams simultaneouslyDetail-oriented with high autonomyComfortable in fast-moving environments with changing prioritiesSolutions-oriented and proactive - you spot problems before they're pointed out to youAI Tools: Claude, Gemini, or comparableCRM: HubSpotEmail Marketing: Mailchimp, Keap, or comparableWeb & Design: Framer, Shopify, Canva, Figma, or comparableProject management: AsanaProspecting & Lead Lists: Clay (can be taught)Background in performing arts, entertainment, or creative industriesExperience with no-code or low-code product platformsBenefitsEmployees are eligible for PTO in accordance with Ensemble policies.Ensemble offers Health, Vision, & Dental benefits to all full-time employeesAll employees are eligible for a 401K with employer match after 30 days of employment.Company OverviewEnsemble Performing Arts is a partnership of community-focused music and dance businesses that maintain individual identities while sharing resources to ensure their mutual success.
