As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will own the demand generation engine and drive measurable growth through various marketing strategies while collaborating with sales and product teams.ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute the growth marketing strategy across demand generation, content, SEO, paid, community, and product-led growth (PLG) motionsDrive measurable pipeline contribution: leads, MQLs, SQLs, and revenue-influenced metrics with full-funnel visibilityBuild and manage campaigns across channels, email, paid search, social, developer communities, and events, optimising continuously for CAC and conversionDevelop compelling content and positioning that speaks to engineering, DevOps, and platform teams, from blog posts and technical guides to case studies and landing pagesLead product marketing activities: launches, messaging frameworks, competitive positioning, and sales enablement materialsOwn the company's presence in open-source and developer communities (GitHub, Slack, Reddit, Hacker News, technical forums)Build and scale an ABM programme targeting mid-market and enterprise engineering organisationsEstablish marketing infrastructure: CRM hygiene, attribution modelling, reporting dashboards, and growth experimentsPartner closely with Sales on pipeline quality, lead scoring, and account-based playsCollaborate with Product and Engineering to amplify releases and surface customer stories that influence roadmap conversationsRepresent the brand at industry conferences, webinars, and developer eventsSkills5–8+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on demand generation and growthProven track record of building and scaling marketing programmes that directly contribute to pipeline and revenue in technical or developer-focused companiesExperience marketing to engineering, DevOps, platform, or data infrastructure audiences; you understand how developers buy and what earns their trustHands-on with modern marketing tooling: HubSpot/Salesforce, GA4, paid platforms, SEO tools, and marketing attributionStrong analytical instincts; you make decisions from data, run structured experiments, and can clearly articulate what's working and whyExcellent written communicator; you can write with clarity and technical credibility for an engineering-first audienceHighly motivated, resourceful, and energised by building something meaningful from the ground upFamiliarity with the observability, logging, monitoring, or data analytics ecosystem (e.g. Datadog, Grafana, Elastic, Splunk, OpenTelemetry) is considered a strong advantageComfortable with open-source GTM motions: community-led growth, freemium funnels, and developer advocacyBenefitsEquity & benefitsCompany OverviewWinners: Best Start-Up Agency – The Global Recruiter Awards 2025.
