LeadVenture is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own the strategy, execution, and performance of revenue-driving campaigns for a portfolio of brands. This role involves aligning with various teams to ensure a coordinated customer experience throughout the entire journey, with a strong focus on driving pipeline outcomes.ResponsibilitiesPartner with marketing leadership to turn GTM priorities into clear campaign strategies and focus areasIdentify opportunities to improve pipeline and conversion within your assigned segmentsRecommend where to focus based on performance data and business goalsForm and test hypotheses to improve engagement, conversion, and pipeline generationBuild integrated campaigns across paid media, outbound (BDR), email, events, and partner channelsDefine campaign goals around pipeline, conversion, and revenue in partnership with marketing leadershipOwn segmentation, messaging, and channel mix across the customer journeyLead alignment across Marketing, Sales, BDR, and channel teams on strategy, targets, and executionTreat BDR as a core campaign channel and align outbound messaging, targeting, and timingMake sure campaigns launch with clear ownership, timelines, and alignmentOwn timelines, briefs, and coordination across creative and channel executionMake sure all assets and messaging match your target segments and campaign strategyMove things forward by identifying and clearing bottlenecks across teamsTrack campaign performance across the full funnel from engagement to pipeline to revenueRun regular performance reviews and drive optimization decisionsUse data to sharpen strategy and improve outcomes over timeContinuously improve targeting, messaging, and channel effectivenessBring partner and OEM channels into campaign strategy where it makes senseExpand reach and drive pipeline through co-marketing programsSkills4 to 7 years in demand generation, campaign management, or growth marketingHands-on experience building and executing multi-channel B2B campaignsStrong understanding of funnel metrics, segmentation, and conversionExperience working closely with Sales, BDR, and cross-functional teamsData-driven with a clear focus on pipeline and revenue impactWorking knowledge of marketing automation, ABM or intent platforms, and outbound or data toolsCompany OverviewFueling Dealer Growth LeadVenture's technology platforms power over 40,000 dealers.
