This role will play a critical part in ensuring accurate, timely, and structured documentation across the business, enabling improved visibility, consistency, and execution. Key Responsibilities not limited to: Document and maintain records for all active projects and operational initiatives Organize project updates, timelines, and key deliverables into structured formats Create and standardize documentation templates, reports, and tracking tools Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather and verify project information Ensure documentation is current, accurate, and easily accessible Assist in summarizing project status, risks, and progress for leadership review Support process improvement efforts by identifying documentation gaps and inefficiencies Requirements Strong organizational and documentation skills with high attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Trello) Experience in project coordination, operations, or administrative support preferred Preferred Attributes Proactive, self-starter with the ability to work independently Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Join our team and build a rewarding career where your contributions are valued and your growth is supported.
