As a Growth Coach for Executives, you will guide senior leaders to achieve their personal and professional best through virtual coaching sessions and tailored growth plans.

Responsibilities
• Conduct confidential, one-on-one virtual coaching sessions
• Assess client needs and co-create tailored growth plans
• Deliver actionable feedback and challenge clients constructively
• Track progress against goals and adjust approaches as necessary
• Support a diverse range of leaders across industries

Skills
• Minimum 5 years' experience in executive coaching, leadership development, or a closely related field
• Deep knowledge of leadership, organizational dynamics, and business growth
• Outstanding communication, empathy, and facilitation skills
• Bachelor's degree required
• Recognized coaching certification (e.g., ICF, EMCC)
• Master's degree or MBA a plus
