The Group Product Manager for Concrete Products will manage the product line's P&L, develop product strategies, and lead cross-functional teams to drive growth and optimize productivity.ResponsibilitiesDevelops category’s product strategies to meet or exceed the company’s overall strategy and goalsIdentifies the necessary projects to execute the strategy for product lines within their responsibilityResponsible for partnering with the international teams to identify high impact opportunities to drive growth globallyResponsible for partnering with the international and external teams to identify high impact opportunities to drive POWERSHIFT Product Line growth globallyUnderstand market trends to ensure product strategy aligns with the needs of the customer; Develop and execute product roadmapDevelop and deliver operating plan for assigned portfolio, Track, forecast, and present new product financial performance monthlyLead development of product roadmaps based on product strategies, NPD program financials, and channel strategies. Work with Engineering and Supply Chain (Operations) to ensure the roadmap can be executed based on resources and capacityConduct regular VOC visits to have a deep understanding of target market segments, end user needs, and pain points for the product portfolioResponsible for NPD programs from ideation to commercialization.
