Remote Grocery Team Associate – Walmart Online Orders
Walmart is seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Remote Grocery Team Associates for online orders. In this role, you will assist in ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience for customers shopping for groceries online. You'll play a vital part in processing orders, tracking inventory, communicating with customers, and resolving order-related issues — all from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
• Process and manage incoming online grocery orders using Walmart’s internal systems
• Coordinate with in-store teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
• Communicate order status, substitutions, or delays to customers via phone, chat, or email
• Assist customers with order changes, cancellations, or issues related to delivery or pickup
• Monitor inventory updates and flag discrepancies in real time
• Deliver high-quality customer service aligned with Walmart’s service standards
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems
• Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in retail, e-commerce, or remote customer service is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with Walmart’s grocery ordering platform
• Experience working in a fast-paced support or order processing environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/French) is a plus
