Recruiting Coordinator

Key Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Development • Identify and source potential candidates across platforms such as LinkedIn, professional networks, job boards, and industry databases • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for multiple open requisitions • Conduct targeted searches based on role requirements, experience level, and geographic considerations • Provide recruiters with curated candidate lists and sourcing insights • Support proactive sourcing efforts for evergreen and future hiring needs Candidate Outreach & Engagement • Assist with initial candidate outreach and messaging under recruiter guidance • Track candidate responses and engagement activity • Maintain organized records of sourcing activity and outreach performance Recruiting Operations & Coordination • Schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers • Coordinate candidate availability and interview logistics • Ensure interview calendars and communication are clear and timely • Assist with sending interview confirmations and follow-up communications Recruiting Systems & Data Management • Maintain accurate candidate records in Workday Recruiting • Ensure candidate notes, resumes, and sourcing activity are properly documented • Help recruiters manage requisition pipelines and candidate stages within Workday • Assist with tracking recruiting activity and pipeline progress across multiple roles Process & Administrative Support • Help maintain organized candidate pipelines for multiple recruiters and requisitions • Support recruiting team with job posting updates and sourcing campaigns • Assist with tracking recruiting activity across multiple roles and locations • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and efficiency What We're Looking For • Strong organizational and project management skills • Experience sourcing candidates or supporting recruiting teams is preferred • Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, or sourcing platforms • Experience working in or supporting an ATS such as Workday Recruiting is preferred • Ability to manage multiple priorities across different job requisitions • Strong written communication skills for candidate outreach • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and organization • Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment Why Choose Sorren?
