[Remote] Fully Remote Corporate Attorney for Technology-Focused Law Firm

McCarthy Law Group, LLC is a law firm specializing in cutting-edge technology legal issues, seeking an experienced corporate attorney to join their team. The role involves providing general corporate legal support to primarily high-tech clients, managing corporate governance, entity formation, and contracts with minimal supervision. Responsibilities • Provide general corporate legal support for early-stage to Series B startups, with a focus on technology companies • Manage corporate governance, entity formation, contracts, and other general corporate legal matters • Work directly with clients to address their legal needs, with limited guidance required from senior attorneys • Experience with SaaS contracts, ToUs and privacy policies, and other online agreements a plus • Work independently, with the flexibility to adapt to varying workloads Skills • At least 4-5 years of experience in corporate law, with exposure to technology and startup environments • Strong knowledge of general corporate matters, including entity formation, governance, and contracts, and ideally capital raises and small M&A work (under $15 million) • Deep tech startup expertise is required • Exceptional communication and writing skills • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently with minimal supervision • Experience with SaaS contracts, ToUs and privacy policies, and other online agreements a plus Benefits • Potential bonus compensation • Room for career development, including potential partnership opportunities in the future Company Overview • McCarthy Garber Law lawyers are former members of some of the largest and most prestigious law firms in the country.
