[Remote] Full Stack Engineer

SOLTECH is an innovative early-stage technology company seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to collaborate closely with their CTO and accelerate product development. The role involves designing and deploying product features, modernizing cloud infrastructure, and contributing to technical strategy in a fast-paced startup environment.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and deploy new product features into production environmentsPartner directly with the CTO to establish scalable technical foundations that support long-term product growthModernize and enhance cloud infrastructure, deployment processes, and overall developer experienceCollaborate with leadership and product stakeholders to translate business objectives into technical solutionsEvaluate requirements, recommend approaches, and execute projects independently with limited directionContribute to architectural decisions, engineering best practices, and overall technical strategy within a lean, agile teamMigrate batch-processing workflows to AWS Step FunctionsDevelop dashboards, reporting tools, and customer-facing product capabilitiesSupport and complete the migration from Svelte 4 to Svelte 5Improve AWS infrastructure, scalability, and operational efficiencyImplement automated data quality, monitoring, and validation processesBuild foundational platform capabilities that enable future product innovation and growthSkillsProven experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer in production environmentsStrong hands-on experience with one or more of the following technologies: Ruby, Svelte, or extensive experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React and a willingness to learn SvelteAWS cloud services and infrastructureExperience designing, building, and deploying production-ready software applications and featuresStrong understanding of modern software engineering principles, cloud-native architectures, and scalable system designAbility to thrive in startup, high-growth, or rapidly evolving environmentsExperience working with AWS Step FunctionsExperience leading or contributing to frontend framework migrations or major application upgradesExperience building reporting, analytics, or dashboard-driven applicationsFamiliarity with automated data quality, validation, and monitoring processesPrevious experience working within startups or early-stage technology companiesFamiliarity with AI-powered development tools, including Claude Code or similar platformsCompany OverviewAtlanta Custom Software Development It was founded in 1998, and is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, with a workforce of 51-200 employees.
