What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and define product implementation for the Guest Messaging Platform to enhance guest engagement
- Develop and manage a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap, setting key business objectives (OKRs)
- Collaborate with engineers, UX designers, data scientists, and business partners to deliver effective products
- Act as the "voice of the product" to ensure stakeholder needs are met and support is provided to the product team
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to prioritize product direction and improve digital conversion
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 6 years of product management experience or equivalent domain experience in guest messaging
- Proven success in developing and implementing strategies that drive guest engagement and growth
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Experience working in an agile environment, including user stories and scrum teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with technology that facilitates communication between business and technology teams
- Experience in leading cross-functional work with various partners
- Excellent communication skills
