ChapsVision is a global leader in Agentic AI and data solutions, seeking a Frontend Solutions Engineer to join their Professional Services team. This role focuses on designing and delivering scalable, user-centric front-end applications powered by their enterprise AI search platform, collaborating closely with customers and product teams.ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and customize modern frontend applications using Angular, TypeScript, and ReactDevelop responsive and intuitive user interfaces tailored to customer requirementsCustomize enterprise search experiences, dashboards, and AI-powered assistant interfacesCollaborate with backend and platform engineers to integrate APIs, search capabilities, and AI workflowsOptimize frontend performance, accessibility, scalability, and usabilityParticipate in UI/UX improvements and contribute to frontend architecture decisionsPartner directly with customers to understand technical and business requirementsTranslate customer needs into scalable frontend solutions and implementation plansLead technical demos, workshops, and solution walkthroughsTroubleshoot UI/frontend issues and provide ongoing technical guidance and supportWork cross-functionally with product, engineering, customer success, and AI teamsContribute to frontend best practices, reusable components, and development standardsParticipate in roadmap discussions and continuous product improvement initiativesStay current with emerging frontend technologies and AI-enhanced user experiencesSkillsBachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field4+ years of frontend engineering experience, ideally in a client-facing solutions engineering or professional services capacityExpert-level hands-on experience with Angular, React and TypeScript, along with core web technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, modern CSS/SASS)Experience building scalable, responsive, and performance-optimized modern web applicationsStrong proficiency with RxJS and reactive programming patterns in AngularSolid understanding of frontend integration patterns, consuming RESTful APIs, and managing web security basics (CORS, token-based authentication like OAuth/OIDC)Familiarity with modern frontend tooling: Git, CI/CD pipelines, and build toolsUnderstanding of component-based architecture and frontend performance optimizationStrong communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to explain technical architecture to non-technical client stakeholdersAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and manage delivery across multiple concurrent projectsExperience with enterprise search architectures, information retrieval, or knowledge management systemsFamiliarity with Generative AI, large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, or RAG-based applicationsExposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCPExperience with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized application environmentsKnowledge of web accessibility (WCAG) standards and enterprise security best practicesBenefitsGenerous PTOHealth benefits from date of hire401(k) employer matchWellness benefitsCommuter benefitsCompany OverviewChapsVision is a software development firm that support businesses and government organizations in their digital transformation.
