Your responsibilities will also include managing phone calls, maintaining a visitor log, and potentially assisting with the issuance of security passes. Proficiency in basic typing and computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel), is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Greeting visitors and providing pertinent information
Answering and directing incoming phone calls
Managing email correspondence efficiently
Creating documents and basic spreadsheets
Upholding a professional demeanor in all forms of communication and appearance
Ensuring reliable transportation to and from work

Required Skills
Experience in a front desk or similar capacity
