fieldMinimum 5+ years of project management experience within an integrated advertising, marketing, or digital agency environmentExperience working with AOR Pharma LaunchProven ability to manage complex, integrated campaigns and large-scale initiatives across multiple channelsStrong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced, high-pressure environmentsSkilled in project planning, facilitation, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and issue resolutionExperience managing project budgets and financial tracking processesStrong meeting facilitation and stakeholder management capabilitiesCollaborative, adaptable, and solution-oriented with strong attention to detail and follow-throughProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as Workfront, Smartsheet, Hive, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, or similar platformsExperience with software
