[Remote] Freelance Marketing Producer

They are seeking a Freelance Marketing Producer to lead the production of marketing programs, manage project timelines, and ensure effective communication with the leadership team.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Lead the production of marketing programs while managing the project ecosystem, timelines, and task dependencies specifically within Asana
ā¢ Act as a key point of contact for the leadership team to streamline communication and ensure high-level visibility on project status
ā¢ Drive the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring all milestones are met with precision and quality
ā¢ Provide regional production support and coordination for events and activations
ā¢ Interface directly with executive leadership to identify potential bottlenecks and implement immediate solutions to keep projects on track
ā¢ Adapt to a phased workload, transitioning from initial project ramp-up to increased operational capacity as milestones require
ā¢ Other ad hoc projects as assigned
Skills
ā¢ 1+ years of experience in Asana and Slack
ā¢ Experience in a Creative Technology or Marketing agency, a plus
ā¢ Proven track record managing marketing programs
ā¢ Ability to manage and prioritize competing deadlines
ā¢ Highly organized with an ability to anticipate needs before they arise
ā¢ Preferred residency within LA or San Diego, ability to work PST hours
ā¢ Travel 10-15% to onsite locations as needed
