[Remote] FP&A Analyst/Manager

They are seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst/Manager who will be responsible for financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis to support company-wide decision-making and strategic initiatives.ResponsibilitiesOwn and continuously improve the company’s operating model, including revenue, cost structure, headcount, and cash runwayLead monthly and quarterly forecasting processes in partnership with Finance, People Ops, Sales, Customer Experience, and ProductSupport annual budgeting and long-range planning (2–3 year outlooks), including scenario and sensitivity analysesBuild and maintain unit economics and customer-level profitability models, particularly in a healthcare SaaS / deployment-heavy environmentAnalyze performance drivers across revenue, gross margin, deployment costs, and operating expensesPartner with leaders to evaluate new initiatives, pricing changes, hiring plans, and investment tradeoffsPrepare board-ready financial materials, including variance analysis, KPIs, and forward-looking insights—not just numbersSupport leadership discussions around capital planning, fundraising readiness, and financial risks/opportunitiesHelp translate complex financial data into clear narratives for non-finance audiencesWork closely with People Ops on workforce planning, headcount approvals, and compensation cost modelingPartner with Sales & Customer Experience to understand pipeline assumptions, renewals, expansions, and deployment economicsCollaborate with Accounting to ensure forecasts align with actuals and reporting integrityImprove FP&A processes, tools, and reporting as the company scales (e.g., forecasting cadence, dashboards, modeling standards)Help define KPIs and operating metrics that reflect how Canopy truly runs—not just what’s easiest to measureSkills4–7+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, consulting, investment banking, or similar analytical rolesStrong financial modeling skills (3-statement models, scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis)Experience supporting executive leadership and/or board-level reportingAdvanced Excel / Google Sheets skills; comfort building models from scratchExperience in healthcare, SaaS, or hardware-enabled SaaS environmentsStartup or high-growth company experienceFamiliarity with workforce planning, unit economics, or deployment-heavy cost modelsExperience working with imperfect data and evolving systemsCompany OverviewCanopy helps hospitals ensure that healthcare workers feel safe, appreciated, and empowered every day to deliver the highest quality of care.
