The Founding Account Executive will be responsible for building Sprinto's presence in the Bay Area startup market by sourcing their own pipeline and closing full-cycle deals independently.ResponsibilitiesOwn a greenfield Bay Area territory from day one, with roughly 70% of your pipeline self-sourced through outbound execution and the remaining 30% coming through events and inbound channelsRun full-cycle deals from first outreach through close across a high-velocity motion, targeting 8 to 10 closed deals per month at $3,000 to $8,000 ACVBuild Sprinto's presence in the Bay Area startup ecosystem through consistent field engagement, founder meetups, tech events, and Sprinto-hosted roundtablesConvert community relationships with founders, operators, and ecosystem connectors into a predictable, compounding pipeline engineMaintain disciplined CRM hygiene and forecast accuracy so your pipeline reflects reality at all timesContribute directly to shaping what startup segment sales looks like at Sprinto in the US. Your wins, losses, and learnings will help build the regional playbookSelf-source pipeline through structured outbound executionRun multi-channel prospecting across email, LinkedIn, phone, referrals, and eventsConvert event and community engagement into qualified meetingsFollow up quickly on inbound and partnership-generated opportunitiesConduct discovery conversations with founders, CTOs, and security leadersQualify opportunities using Sprinto's sales methodologyDeliver compelling product demonstrationsManage stakeholders throughout the buying processDrive opportunities from qualification through closed-wonAttend founder meetups, startup events, and Sprinto-hosted roundtablesBuild relationships within the Bay Area startup ecosystemRepresent Sprinto professionally at events and partner engagementsTurn local market engagement into pipeline and revenue opportunitiesSkills2 to 3 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of quota attainmentAt least 1 year of structured, high-volume outbound experience.
