They are seeking an F&O Consultant to work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations implementations, focusing on client satisfaction and project delivery.ResponsibilitiesPerforming on-site consulting services to implement Dynamics 365 Finance with a focus on the financial modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Budgeting, and other financial focused areasUnderstanding, communicating, interpreting, and documenting business processes and requirementsCreating and developing design specifications including gap/fit analysis documentationConfiguring Dynamics 365 Finance environment to meet client requirementsWorking with technical team to design, test, and implement customizationProviding end-user training and end-user support throughout the implementationPerforming ongoing support services to existing clients as needed via email/phone support and on-site visitsUtilizing Velosio RightPath implementation methodology and templatesAttaining product certifications as necessarySkills4+ years of experience with Dynamics 365Dynamics 365 implementations experience with more than one (1) full life cycle implementationBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, computer science or information systems or equivalent experienceKnowledge of Microsoft Technologies (MS DevOps, Power Platform, Office 365) and leading D365 ISV solutionsExperience in finance department and finance environments while creatively solving client business/application issuesExperience with modeling business process and translating requirements into a business applicationExcellent presentation and communication skills targeted to effectively present information to C-level management, public groups, and/or board of directorsExcellent organizational skills, attention to quality, self-motivation, and a desire to succeedA professional presence suitable for direct client interaction by telephone or in-personCertification in Dynamics 365 Finance and OperationsProject Management and/or experience with best practice implementation methodologiesCPA/CPIM certificationEducation RequirementsBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, computer science or information systems or equivalent experience.Benefits3 Medical Insurance options with a company contribution to HSA3 Dental Insurance options including adult orthodontics3 Vision Insurance optionsUnlimited PTO!Remote working environment401k Match 50% of the first 6%StayWell Program – a cash reimbursement up to $600 a year toward WellnessQuarterly Incentive ProgramCompany OverviewVelosio formed by combining SBS Group and Socius.
