Remote Fitness Lead Setter

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fitness Lead Setter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to leads through phone calls and text messages, helping them book appointments for fitness consultations. You will act as a key point of contact in the lead pipeline, facilitating the transition from interest to scheduling without being directly involved in the sales process. As a Fitness Lead Setter, you should possess excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to effectively guide potential clients through the appointment booking process. Strong computer skills will also be essential for scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate records. • *Key Responsibilities - Reach out to potential leads via phone calls and text messages daily to schedule consultations for fitness assessments. - Guide leads through the appointment booking process, answering questions and providing relevant details about our services. - Ensure timely follow-ups and efficient scheduling using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and scheduling software. - Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, including contact details, appointment status, and any relevant notes. - Provide clear and empathetic communication with potential clients to ensure smooth booking and to address any initial inquiries. - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure leads are appropriately moved through the pipeline and are scheduled for consultations. - Monitor and report on the number of leads contacted, appointments booked, and overall scheduling efficiency. - Stay informed about our fitness services, programs, and promotions to effectively communicate details to potential clients. • *Qualifications - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear, engaging, and empathetic tone. - High level of emotional intelligence and the ability to engage with potential clients in a friendly, helpful manner. - Prior experience in customer service, support, lead generation, and/or scheduling is preferred. - Strong computer skills, including experience with CRM systems and scheduling software. - Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge or passion for health and fitness is a plus, though not required. - Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a goal-driven environment. - Must be able to work these hours Monday/Wednesday/Friday 5-7PM EST, Tuesday/Thursday 6-8PM EST, Saturday/Sunday 9-10AM EST or 10AM-12PM EST. • *Why Join Us? - Work in a supportive and collaborative team environment. - Opportunities for personal growth and career advancement. - Access to fitness programs and wellness initiatives. - Competitive compensation and performance-based incentives.
