[Remote] Financial Systems Project Manager (3E)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Harbor is seeking a dynamic 3E Project Manager to join our legal technology and operations division. This role oversees the implementation team ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while delivering exceptional value to clients. The Project Manager will act as the primary contact for clients, manage project risks, and ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage cross-functional project teams to ensure successful project delivery using 3E Project Management toolsCollaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while ensuring compliance with all project requirementsDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational goalsUtilize 3E Project Management tools to track project progress, manage resources, and report on milestones to stakeholdersCoordinate project documentation, including project charter, status reports, and meeting notes using 3E Project Management platformMonitor and manage projects risks, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues to ensure timely resolutionOversee the end-to-end execution of assigned projects by monitoring and updating work-in-progress and measuring requirement milestones against actual work-to-dateAct as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and clear communicationManage client expectations and provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and outcomesAddress client concerns and escalations promptly, ensuring satisfaction and alignmentBuild and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, promoting collaboration in a cross-functional environment to ensure alignment and collaborationSchedules assignments and tracks project tasks.
