**Job Summary**

As an Experienced Full Stack Compliance Risk Officer, you'll be responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust compliance risk management framework that meets the needs of our US Personal Banking Operations – Customer Service division. You'll work closely with our Independent Compliance Risk Management (ICRM) team to develop and implement compliance programs, policies, and procedures that prevent violations of law, rule, or regulation. Your expertise will be essential in identifying and mitigating compliance risks, ensuring that our business practices are aligned with regulatory requirements, and promoting a culture of compliance throughout our organization.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Design, develop, deliver, and maintain best-in-class compliance programs, policies, and practices for ICRM, translating our compliance strategy and goals across Citi's clients, products, and geographies in a clear and concise manner.
* Serve as a subject matter expert on careerzynith's Compliance programs, providing expert guidance on function/business/product regulations on a real-time basis to manage compliance risk.
* Stay abreast of relevant changes to rules/regulations and other industry news, including regulatory findings, and oversee the monitoring and identification of regulatory developments, including enforcement actions, and new laws, regulations, rules, and interpretations or guidance relating to the supported function/business/product.
* Analyze and scope the impact of new and complex regulatory developments across senior function/business/product, including cross-border impact.
* Advise ICRM and function/business/product management and personnel on regulatory and compliance issues and provide credible challenge.
* Participate in industry groups and trade association working groups or other forums.
* Lead initiatives and manage high-impact special project work streams with a results-driven focus to deliver solutions, including coordinating the implementation of new regulatory requirements.
* Manage strategy and responses to regulatory examinations, reviews, and inquiries and internal and external investigations, as well as testing and audit.
* Design and lead compliance and control reviews.
* Partner with other ICRM teams and global functions, including Legal, Risk, Operations, and Technology, and Finance to prevent and detect non-compliance issues and promote a culture of compliance.

**Essential Qualifications**

* Expertise in Compliance laws, rules, regulations, risks, and typologies.
* Excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills.
* Self-starter, flexible, innovative, and adaptive.
* Highly motivated, strong attention to detail, team-oriented, and organized.
* Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions through concise and clear messaging.
* Ability to work collaboratively with regional and global partners in other functional units; ability to navigate a complex organization; to influence and lead people across cultures at a senior level.
* Experience in managing regulatory exams and relationships with examiners, auditors, etc.
* Awareness of regulatory requirements, including local and US laws, international and industry standards.
* Familiarity with consumer banking laws, rules, and regulations, such as Regulations E (Electronic Funds Transfer), Regulation Z (Truth in Lending), Regulation B (Equal Credit Opportunity Act), Servicemembers Civil Relief Act, UDAAP, Regulation P (Privacy), Regulation V (Fair Credit Reporting), TCPA (Telephone Communications Protection Act), and Fair Lending and Fairness compliance requirements.
* Advanced knowledge in the area of focus.
* Related certifications desirable, such as Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM).

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as compliance, law, or a related field.
* Experience in compliance, legal, or other control-related functions in the financial services industry, regulatory organization, or legal/consulting firm.
* Strong working knowledge of function/business/product and the related operations and financial requirements.
* Previous experience managing a diverse staff.
* Advanced degree in a relevant field.
