Remote Financial Professional (part-time or full-time)

Job Summary We are looking to expand our team of financial consultants in a fully remote environment. This position is an Entry level Financial Professional (part-time or full-time). Through our in-depth training program, you will also learn how to diagnose needs of an individual or family, have a conversation with them about their financial goals and dreams, and help create a roadmap to help them achieve their short-term and long-term financial goals through our financials solutions, products and services we provide (including but are not limited to budgeting, getting out of debt, retirement planning, wealth accumulation, college planning, investments, & insurance). You DO NOT need to quit your EXISTING CAREER. Whether you're exploring a new path or pursuing part-time income, this opportunity is structured to meet you where you are. Key Responsibilities: • Study, Learn, and execute with on-the-job training • Shadow client meetings, plan designs and presentations • Analyze client financials to determine their needs and risk tolerance • Review available options for clients • Recommend which areas or services fit the client's needs • Follow ethics industry standard • Complete licensing requirements • Maintain licenses and industry ethics Qualifications - (Please READ) • Must be over the age of 18 • Valid US government issued ID • Background check required • Willing to obtain a state license if you do not have one yet (Life, Accident and Health) • Ability to manage customer relationships and provide tailored financial advice • 2-3 years of customer service/client interaction recommended (not required) Qualities we're looking for: • Entrepreneurial ambition • Integrity, ethical and a strong sense of morality • Passion for making a difference and helping people • Self-motivated, accountable, and a team player • Ability to receive coaching and feedback • Strong interpersonal skills • Self-motivated • Enjoys working in a fast-paced, highly productive, value-driven environment • Sports/Club/Team Background, Sales, and Teaching experience is always a plus Schedule: • You create your own besides ongoing weekly training - Tuesday 8pm EST/5pm PST and Saturday 12pm EST/9am PST Compensation: • This is a 1099, fully commissioned role.
