Remote Financial Professional (part-time or full-time)
Job Summary We are looking to expand our team of financial consultants in a fully remote environment. This position is an Entry level Financial Professional (part-time or full-time). Through our in-depth training program, you will also learn how to diagnose needs of an individual or family, have a conversation with them about their financial goals and dreams, and help create a roadmap to help them achieve their short-term and long-term financial goals through our financials solutions, products and services we provide (including but are not limited to budgeting, getting out of debt, retirement planning, wealth accumulation, college planning, investments, & insurance). You DO NOT need to quit your EXISTING CAREER. Whether you're exploring a new path or pursuing part-time income, this opportunity is structured to meet you where you are. Key Responsibilities: β’ Study, Learn, and execute with on-the-job training β’ Shadow client meetings, plan designs and presentations β’ Analyze client financials to determine their needs and risk tolerance β’ Review available options for clients β’ Recommend which areas or services fit the client's needs β’ Follow ethics industry standard β’ Complete licensing requirements β’ Maintain licenses and industry ethics Qualifications - (Please READ) β’ Must be over the age of 18 β’ Valid US government issued ID β’ Background check required β’ Willing to obtain a state license if you do not have one yet (Life, Accident and Health) β’ Ability to manage customer relationships and provide tailored financial advice β’ 2-3 years of customer service/client interaction recommended (not required) Qualities we're looking for: β’ Entrepreneurial ambition β’ Integrity, ethical and a strong sense of morality β’ Passion for making a difference and helping people β’ Self-motivated, accountable, and a team player β’ Ability to receive coaching and feedback β’ Strong interpersonal skills β’ Self-motivated β’ Enjoys working in a fast-paced, highly productive, value-driven environment β’ Sports/Club/Team Background, Sales, and Teaching experience is always a plus Schedule: β’ You create your own besides ongoing weekly training - Tuesday 8pm EST/5pm PST and Saturday 12pm EST/9am PST Compensation: β’ This is a 1099, fully commissioned role.
