[Remote] Financial Analyst - Regional Field Service

They are seeking a Financial Analyst to serve as a key partner for the local Operations P&L Manager, providing financial insights and supporting business strategy in the Electrification Services division.ResponsibilitiesContributes to the definition of the strategy for the South Field Service Region. Serves as the key partner for the relevant business leader in determining strategy for area of responsibility, aligning with wider strategy, and implementing actions as neededTranslates strategy into business plans and establishes measurable targets. Oversees the business planning and forecasting process for the area of responsibility and serves as the interface of the plant to Global Product Group Controller/Division Controller/Operational Manager and othersMonitors progress and provides insight and analysis to support operational decision-making. Identifies issues and advises management on action plans and operational strategies to resolveIdentifies and communicates commercial and financial risks and opportunities from business propositionsManage work-in-process inventory, project job costing, oversee billing & revenue recognition process, lead past due receivable collections and customer disputes resolution. Establishes and oversees processes and tools necessary to obtain transparent and reliable financial data and business information. Ensures high quality of financial data and business information in line with defined standards and financial closing schedulesEnsures transparency in financial reporting and disclosures. Defines and implements internal controls regarding financial and non-financial operations. Leads the monthly closing process (journal entries / account reconciliations / intercompany billing, etc).
