Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. 4P Consulting Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst II to support financial operations within a Cybersecurity Organization. This role will assist with budget activities, spend tracking, procurement coordination, and financial reporting.ResponsibilitiesSupport budget tracking, spend monitoring, forecasting, and budget worksheet updatesAssist with weekly and monthly budget reviews and follow up on outstanding financial requestsGather, organize, and validate financial data tied to cybersecurity initiativesPrepare financial summaries, supporting analysis, reports, and presentation materialsSupport spend governance reviews, action item tracking, and budget documentationAssist with accrual tracking, prepaid account monitoring, and month-end close documentationHelp organize accounting, compliance, and internal governance documentationTrack contractor resources, billing information, charges, and related recordsSupport purchase order tracking, submissions, and procurement follow-upCoordinate with vendor management, supplier management, finance, and internal stakeholdersAssist with collecting vendor quotes and organizing cost information for purchases and renewalsSupport special projects, ad hoc financial requests, research, and reporting needsBuild strong working relationships across finance, cybersecurity, technology, business partners, and vendorsSkillsExperience supporting budget management, financial planning and analysis, reporting, accounting, procurement, or related business processesAbility to work with financial data, prepare basic analysis, and support reporting tied to budgets, business priorities, and operational needsStrong Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, Oracle, or similar financial system experience preferredStrong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to communicate financial information clearly and prepare presentation materialsStrong organizational and multitasking skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently while also taking direction well in a team-oriented settingStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsMust pass NERC CIP and Insider Threat Protection background checksExperience in a technology, cybersecurity, utility, or complex enterprise business environmentExperience supporting financial operations, budget administration, procurement coordination, or vendor managementExperience with purchase orders, contractor billing, accruals, prepaid accounts, and month-end financial supportExperience supporting projects, coordinating tasks, and managing deadlines across multiple workstreamsExperience working with vendors, suppliers, finance teams, and cross-functional business partnersCompany Overview4P Consulting is a highly specialized Staffing and Recruiting company with significant experience and expertise in the Engineering industry, IT, Admin, Accounting, Advertising .
