Job Overview

We are looking for an ambitious and driven Financial Advisor to join our expanding Private Wealth team. This role presents an exceptional opportunity to become part of a forward-thinking investment firm that specializes in alternative investments spanning a diverse range of asset classes, including Private Equity, Venture Capital, Real Estate, Private Debt, alongside traditional equity and fixed income portfolios. The firm also provides comprehensive wealth management, business management, tax, and insurance services.

In your capacity as a Financial Advisor, you will be instrumental in cultivating and overseeing client relationships. Acting as the primary liaison for a select group of clients, you will play a pivotal role in business growth by nurturing new relationships and recognizing business development opportunities. This role demands a client-centric approach, where you will offer expert financial planning guidance, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure the consistent fulfillment of our clients’ needs.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain new client relationships while ensuring proactive and consistent communication.
• Act as the main point of contact for both current and newly onboarded clients.
• Participate in business development initiatives, including strategic networking to enhance the firm’s high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth client portfolio.
• Execute financial plans, assisting clients with estate planning, business management, and tax strategies.
• Collaborate with the portfolio management team to align client investments with their financial aspirations.
• Work closely with fund managers to provide advice on alternative investment strategies.
• Uphold a commitment to outstanding client service, adhering to the highest ethical standards.
• Ensure compliance with both company policies and legal regulations.

Compensation And Benefits

This position features an incentive-based compensation structure, with earnings ranging from (120,000 to )300,000+ annually based on performance. The compensation package includes a draw and performance-based incentives.
