The role involves managing the full accounting cycle, improving reporting efficiency, and supporting operational decision-making as the company scales.ResponsibilitiesOwn the full accounting cycle, including month-end closePrepare financial statements and reportsEnsure accuracy and compliance across financial recordsReduce month-end close timeline from 5 days to 3 daysIdentify inefficiencies and improve accounting workflowsBuild scalable processes and documentationManage and oversee the bookkeeping team and AP clerkEnsure quality, accuracy, and timeliness of workManage and apply landed costs across productsEnsure accurate cost tracking and margin visibilityProvide financial insights and analysis to support decision-makingWork closely with the VP of Operations on performance trackingSkills1+ year of experience in ecommerce or DTCExperience managing full accounting cycle and financial reportingStrong understanding of accounting principlesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and organizationBenefitsFully remotePaid time offFlex days.
