[Remote] Finance Effectiveness - Manager

They are seeking a results-driven Finance Transformation Manager to lead workstreams and oversee day-to-day execution on finance transformation projects, improving finance processes and enabling technology.ResponsibilitiesManage project workstreams related to finance strategy, process improvement, or digital enablement across different Finance areasConduct current-state assessments, identify improvement opportunities, and help design future-state operating models for finance organizationsSupport implementation of enabling technologies including ERP (SAP, Oracle, Workday), EPM platforms, automation tools, and analytics dashboardsCoordinate day-to-day client activities, project planning, issue resolution, and status reportingLead the development of key deliverables, including recommendations, roadmaps, and value casesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support integrated transformation programsMentor analysts and associates, providing guidance, feedback, and technical knowledge developmentAssist in business development efforts, such as contributing to proposals, client workshops, and internal capability buildingSkillsSix plus years of experience in finance transformation, process improvement, or systems implementation—ideally within a consulting or professional services environmentStrong understanding of finance processes and operations (e.g., planning, close, reporting, payables, receivables)Exposure to digital finance tools such as ERP systems, automation platforms (e.g., RPA), or data visualization softwareStrong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skillsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related disciplineCPA, CFA, or PMP is a plusEducation RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.Company OverviewCFGI is a corporate finance and financial consulting firm that specializes in complex accounting, reporting, tax, and compliance issues.
