Temporary Prospect Researcher (Remote)
A recognized services organization in New York City has a great Remote opportunity awaiting a new Temporary Prospect Researcher.
About the Opportunity:
• Shift: Day shift
• Schedule: Flexible, preferably supporting PST or MST hours
• Hours: 8 or 9am to 4 or 5pm (with a 1-hour unpaid lunch)
• Setting: Remote, equipment provided
Responsibilities:
• Providing research to drive cultivation and solicitation strategies
• Supporting frontline fundraisers in identifying and tracking major gift prospects
• Conducting regular wealth screenings and updating donor records
• Maintaining donor and prospect records, adding new data, and ensuring data quality
• Synthesizing information into insightful and accurate research profiles
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in Donor & Prospect Research
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM systems
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in online research tools
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a virtual environment
• Attentive to detail and capable of maintaining confidentiality
• Problem-solving focus
Desired Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Strong skills in Project Management
