They are seeking a Senior Field Sales Executive to support the sales team with industry expertise in regulatory change management and compliance solutions, engaging with prospects and customers in the United States Banking industry.ResponsibilitiesProactively partner with Account Executives and Sales Leaders by providing industry expertise and insights on Regulatory Change and our Compliance Intelligence suiteAnalyze sales data and whitespace within Compliance Solutions business to identify growth opportunities, improve adoption rates, upsell existing products, introduce new products, and facilitate cross-selling opportunities for Account ExecutivesDrive strategic opportunities by proactively partnering with the Account Executive on deal strategy and collaborating with internal partners to win Compliance Solutions opportunities at customers or prospect accountsStructure and organize customer goals, pain points, and information to create a detailed business case for partnership with Wolters KluwerConsult and apply defined sales methodologies and processes to support the success of the deal teamProactively share best practices across the team and broader sales organization to enhance overall performanceAct as an industry Subject Matter Expert (iSME) in initiatives supporting the sales organizationCollaborate with Sales Managers on account reviews, using whitespace analysis to drive new solution sales and enhance customer retention through expanded relationshipsPartner with marketing to support thought leadership initiativesSkillsBachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experienceMust have experience in the regulatory compliance, loan origination, fair lending, community reinvestment, loan documentation, and other compliance industries in either a sales role, management consulting, business analysis, or regulator role5 years' experience in an external facing role, preferably in cloud-based technology solutionsAbility to articulate the value propositions of complex software solutions in internal and client-facing settingsProven ability to quickly and deeply learn new technologies and clearly communicate their value propositionCommunicate effectively in both face-to-face and virtual selling environments with senior executive stakeholders with the ability to adjust style to suit different perspectives and seniority levelsTeam effectively with Sales team members across a variety of accountsEffectively conduct or receive knowledge transfer with other team membersHighly goal-oriented, focused on achieving/exceeding expected targetsExceptional time management and organization capabilities to manage multiple priorities and initiate tasks independentlyExperience in the regulatory compliance, loan origination, fair lending, community reinvestment, loan documentation, and other compliance industriesAnalytical background with the ability to interpret and act on sales dataWillingness to travel when needed (approximately 40%)BenefitsMedical, Dental, & Vision Plans401(k)FSA/HSACommuter BenefitsTuition Assistance PlanVacation and Sick TimePaid Parental LeaveCompany OverviewWolters Kluwer (EURONEXT: WKL) is a global leader in information, software solutions and services for professionals in healthcare; tax and accounting; financial and corporate compliance; legal and regulatory; corporate performance and ESG.
