[Remote] Field Operations & Account Support Coordinator

This role is responsible for supporting the delivery of field services, coordinating field technicians, and acting as a liaison between service delivery teams and clients to ensure compliance and service quality.ResponsibilitiesCoordinates weekly with CompuCom Service Delivery Managers to identify staffing changes, including new hires and terminationsManages onboarding and offboarding of CompuCom field technicians assigned to the accountProvides monthly staffing updates to account stakeholdersCoordinates with Compucom system admins to add client site(s) to Clarify/Clearvision to facilitate client dispatch of field tech to new sites for supportSupports delivery of active field service projects, ensuring completion on time and with qualityCoordinates projects involving CompuCom field techniciansProvides project-specific instructions to techniciansServes as primary point of contact for technician inquiriesPartners with Service Delivery Managers to meet client deadlinesManages operational tasks and communicate status updatesCoordinates supplemental third-party resources as neededManages client site access, badging, and building accessCoordinates arrival and presence details with Security and Facilities teamsSupports technicians with client system access issuesEnsures compliance with Security policies and required trainingMaintains strong relationships with client stakeholders and CompuCom teamsActs as liaison between client and delivery teamsProvides clear communication on status, risks, and issuesDaily: Demand-driven requests and projects based on new and evolving needsWeekly: Staffing coordination and project alignmentMonthly: Reporting to client stakeholdersSkills3+ years experience in corporate environment1-3 years in desktop support roleExperience with ticketing systems, dispatch tools (Clarify/Clearvision, ServiceNow)Strong multitasking and organization skillsAbility to work across client and provider organizationsHigh ownership and proactive engagementStrong communication and problem-solving skillsBenefitsMedical insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceLife insuranceAD&D insuranceDisability plansEmployee Assistance ProgramPaid holidays (up to 12 days annually)Paid time off (minimum of 10 days annually, which increases with seniority level)Paid parental leave (minimum of 10 days annually)401(k)FSA/HSA pre-tax benefitsCompany OverviewCompuCom is a provider of information technology solutions for businesses.
