The role involves serving as a trusted advisor to help customers maximize the value of the software while driving sales, retention, and satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesProactively sell iClassPro to swim schools, gyms, dance studios, cheer programs, camps, and other youth activity businesses across AustraliaOwn the full customer journey for new accounts, from first conversation through onboarding and into long-term successLead onboarding for the accounts you close, ensuring customers are fully set up, trained, and confident using the platformBuild trusted relationships with owners and operators, understanding their goals and helping them use iClassPro to achieve themIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities when appropriate and in the customer’s best interestPartner closely with Sales, Onboarding, Support, and Product teams to deliver a seamless customer experienceAct as the voice of the customer internally by sharing feedback, trends, and ideas for improvementSkillsExperience in youth activity industry strongly preferredExperience in sales, account management, customer success, and/or onboarding in a SaaS or service-based environmentStrong relationship-building skills and a genuine interest in helping customers succeedExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalHigh level of organization, follow-through, and ownership over your workComfort managing multiple accounts and priorities at onceA consultative mindset.
