[Remote] Field Marketing Manager (IT or SaaS Industry)

Note:The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. netPolarity, Inc. is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to drive marketing initiatives within the IT or SaaS industry. The role involves planning and executing event marketing programs, managing budgets, and ensuring effective lead follow-up to support sales growth. Responsibilities • Plans, executes, and measures event and webinar marketing programs to grow sales pipeline and revenue for Field Sales organization • Provides onsite execution support for marketing programs • Tracks lead flow to ensure the appropriate Sales channels are following up with event attendees and campaign responders in a timely manner • Creates and manages program budget, measures ROI through metrics analysis and reporting, and identifies high performing topics relevant to finance leaders Skills • Proven track record of 3-7 years as an outstanding performer in an IT/ITES organization handling Field, Product and or Digital Brand Marketing • Capable of rapid learning, ability to stretch and take on complex assignments of significantly larger scope and exhibit passion, energy and ambition • Demonstrate self confidence influencing key stakeholders to get the job done • Proven track record executing multi-faceted event programs • Excellent interpersonal skills • Understands principles of Sales business/revenue/pipeline management • Strong content creation skills • Customer First Mindset • Comprehensive understanding of marketing strategy including project management for events, ensuring seamless coordination among internal and external stakeholders • Marketing campaign creation, ensuring timely and effective execution • Content creation and strategy for key subject areas to support ongoing engagement and thought leadership • Lead flow automation architecture concepts such as Lead Scoring, triggered campaigns, predictive scoring, propensity modeling • Microsite & landing page design concepts and technologies • Audience segmentation analysis and tools • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills • Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision Company Overview • netPolarity, a subsidiary of Saicon, is a certified Woman and Minority-Owned Business Enterprise, a leading full-service workforce solutions provider delivering contingent workforce staffing, payrolling, temp-to-hire and direct-hire services to Fortune 500 companies nationwide.It was founded in 2000, and is headquartered in Campbell, California, USA, with a workforce of 201-500 employees.
