Long Term Care Pharmacy is seeking an Experienced Retail Pharmacy Technician with Customer Service skills to join our team Remotely!

Pharmacy Technician-Customer Service Responsibilities
Ā Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager
Ā Answer phones and respond to orders, re-orders and general customer inquiries
Ā Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner
Ā Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times.
Ā Clarify orders as needed
Pharmacy Technician-Customer Service Requirements
Ā Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License
Ā Previous experience in pharmacy
Ā LTC pharmacy experience preferred
Ā Knowledge of brand name and generic medications
Ā Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ā Moderate to advanced computer skills, required
Ā Great telephone etiquette a must
Ā Frameworks / ECM knowledge a plus
Ā High school diploma or equivalent, required
