Job Summary As a Full Time Remote Order Entry Review Pharmacist, you will be responsible for reviewing and entering orders accurately and efficiently. You will work independently, utilizing your strong analytical and critical thinking skills to ensure high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities: • Review and enter orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing your knowledge of pharmacy systems and procedures. • Conduct thorough reviews of orders to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements. • Verify patient information, medication orders, and dosages to ensure safe and effective treatment. • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to resolve any issues or concerns related to medication therapy. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information, medication orders, and inventory levels. • Stay current with industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in pharmacy. Requirements Essential Qualifications: • Active Pharmacist license with the New Jersey Board of Pharmacy. • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask. • Computer literacy, with knowledge of Frameworks LTC system and other pharmacy software. • Ability to work independently, accurately, and efficiently in a remote setting. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals. Preferred Qualifications: • Previous experience in Long-Term Care pharmacy, with knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines. • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and pharmacy management systems. • Experience with order entry and review processes, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
