[Remote] Events Coordinator - Remote

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Mayersohn Law Group, P.A. is hiring a Remote Event Coordinator to support their marketing and client engagement efforts. This role focuses on warm outbound calling to invite guests to networking events, confirm attendance, gather feedback, and maintain accurate RSVP tracking.
Responsibilities
• Managing outreach for multiple events running simultaneously
• Make high‑volume warm outbound calls to invite guests and confirm attendance
• Conduct post‑event thank‑you calls and gather feedback
• Build and maintain relationships with recurring contacts
• Track RSVPs, cancellations, and guest details using Google Sheets and CRM tools
• Maintain organized, accurate records and update information in real time
• Represent the firm with professionalism, hospitality, and a positive, upbeat attitude
• Join brief daily check‑ins to align on priorities
• Collaborate with team members to stay aligned on outreach goals

Skills
• Excellent spoken English and strong written communication
• Friendly, professional phone presence with discretion
• Comfortable with high‑volume calling (100+ warm calls/day)
• Proficiency in Slack and Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
• Experience in customer service, data entry, outreach, or intake roles
• Strong multitasking, detail orientation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
