[Remote] Event Technology Project Manager

They are seeking an Event Technology Project Manager to lead and consult on large-scale events, managing event registration and digital platforms while ensuring exceptional client experiences.ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for clients, internal stakeholders, and/or vendors for all event technology and registration workstreamsServe as overall Event Technology and Registration lead on small to mid-sized projects, and serves as workstream lead on large projectsOversee all assigned tasks on multiple concurrent projects across event typesDevelop, maintain, and drive workback schedulesLead and support the planning, execution, and closeout of attendee-facing event technology projects primarily for registration websites, but potentially including content/session scheduling, session scanning, exhibitor resource centers, speaker resource centers, mobile apps, and customer serviceDemonstrate proficiency in digital platforms and tools; understand functionality, user experience, and troubleshooting; consult clients on configuration best practices with supportCreate and maintain internal process documentation, while ensuring all team members are aligned and following established processes and proceduresManage and support documentation and content for platform/tool builds, translating business objectives into detailed technical specifications, documented processes, and project plansLead recurring client and team meetings, and participate in platform demos and technical discussions within area of expertiseProactively identify potential risks and develop robust mitigation strategies, escalating critical issues to senior management as appropriateDeliver projects within time and budgetary requirementsOversee complex onsite deployments, including for badge pick-up, session scanning, and other event technology workstreamsParticipate in internal trainings and creating resources;
