[Remote] Estate Planning Attorney - Steady Intake, Full Back-Office Support

Alliance America is seeking an experienced estate planning attorney who can focus on practicing law without the burden of marketing and administrative tasks. The role involves providing estate planning services, reviewing client information, and collaborating with a support team for efficient service delivery.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Provide estate planning, business formation, asset protection, and Medicaid/special needs planning services
ā¢ Review pre-collected intake information and supporting documents to prepare for each consultation
ā¢ Conduct thorough client meetings and deliver personalized, practical legal advice and solutions
ā¢ Collaborate with a dedicated support team for a streamlined, turnkey experience
Skills
ā¢ J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar license in good standing in your state
ā¢ At least 3 years of experience in estate planning or closely related practice areas
ā¢ Demonstrated experience in Medicaid asset protection and special needs planning
ā¢ Able to independently onboard and manage clients within a structured system
ā¢ Multi-state licensure or reciprocity strongly preferred
