You will work closely with our content development team to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform our content strategy. Your expertise will help us optimize our content release and episode distribution methodology, as well as test and refine our marketing strategies to enhance engagement and retention. **Key Responsibilities** * Apply advanced data analysis techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions * Analyze customer behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, preferences) to identify untapped customer needs and undiscovered content opportunities * Forecast content engagement to inform procurement decisions * Streamline our content release and episode distribution methodology * Test and refine marketing strategies to enhance engagement and retention * Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical navigation * Provide ad-hoc analysis support to partners to drive business growth * Effectively communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field * At least 2 years of experience in data analysis * Proficiency in SQL and experience in R and Python * Experience in statistical analysis and AI methods: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc. * Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems * Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field * Experience in media and entertainment industry * Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) * Experience with machine learning algorithms and deep learning techniques **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong technical skills in data analysis and visualization tools **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
