[Remote] Epicor Operations Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. GTN Technical Staffing is a fast-growing ERP consulting firm seeking a full-time Epicor Operations Consultant to join their team. This role involves leading discovery sessions, designing and configuring Epicor ERP systems, and guiding clients through various phases of implementation and support. Responsibilities • Lead discovery sessions and Epicor process mapping with clients • Design and configure Epicor ERP systems to align with clients’ current and future-state processes • Create and deliver Business Process Reviews (BPRs) including documentation and presentations • Develop functional requirement documents and translate business needs into ERP solutions • Build, test, and implement fully functional Epicor systems including advanced modules • Guide clients through UAT, cutovers, and post-go-live support • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal training sessions • Provide demos and support sales/marketing initiatives as needed Skills • Full-cycle Epicor ERP implementations • Strong hands-on experience with BAQs, BPMs, Dashboards, and Customizations • Strong hands-on experience with SSRS Reports, SQL, and Data Integrations • Strong hands-on experience with Epicor REST API and Service Connect • Deep functional understanding of Shipping, Planning, MES, MRP, and Finance modules • Strong knowledge of multi-site configuration and process standardization • Must be willing to travel up to 50% to client sites and industry conferences • Must have current U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship offered now or in the future) Company Overview • GTN Technical Staffing identifies, screens, and recruits information technology professionals.
