About the position

Responsibilities
Ā Support payroll remittance processing in the Data Services Department.

Ā Receive and process payroll remittance payments and documentation from employers and third-party administrators.

Ā Reconcile Payroll Remittance payment amounts and documentation.

Ā Escalate matching and other complex problems to the Resolution Team.
,
Ā Use proprietary system to allocate payments to participant accounts.
,
Ā Meet or exceed required levels of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in all measured areas.
,
Ā Complete other projects as assigned by Supervisor or Product Manager.
Requirements
Ā High school diploma or GED required.
,
Ā Strong computer skills including typing and 10-key.
,
Ā Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
,
Ā Ability to learn new software quickly.
,
Ā Ability to meet deadlines and time constraints.
,
Ā Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Ā Professional and articulate in both verbal and written communication.

Ā Highly motivated with a hardworking and positive attitude.
