[Remote] Epic Regulatory Analyst

Santcore Technologies is seeking an ITS Regulatory Application Analyst III to join their ITS Regulatory Team, which ensures technology and clinical workflows align with government programs to maximize health outcomes and revenue. The role involves providing regulatory expertise, managing projects, and ensuring compliance through collaboration with IT and operations teams at a large academic medical center.ResponsibilitiesSupport the ITS Regulatory Team's initiatives across the assigned programsProvide regulatory subject matter expertise and act as an internal consultant on assigned workManage large multi-disciplinary regulatory projectsAnalyze workflows and understand policies, procedures, and constraints of the clinical or business operations related to regulatory requirementsConduct in-depth and precise investigations and documentation of operational & report specificationsAnalyze new application releases to determine regulatory build and reporting needsAs requested, evaluate new applications and make recommendations to managementAct as a mentor to new and less experienced application analystsTrack, read and analyze new rulemaking and annual updates to existing regulationsMaintain Epic certificationsPerforms other duties as assigned or as necessarySkillsBachelor s degree preferredAt least one Epic clinical application certification is required (either inpatient or ambulatory applications)Epic Inpatient / ambulatory. Clinical Documentation (required)7+ years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting required, preferably in an academic medical center environmentFive years of information systems experience as a senior clinical/business analyst or project manager requiredDemonstrates analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skillsStrong software and application knowledge requiredKnowledge of project management theories and demonstrated success managing large, multi-disciplinary projects from inception to completion on scheduleAdvanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills to manage highly-complex information, assess problems and develop effective solutions, test, and implement appropriate and effective solutions in a timely mannerDemonstrate independent creative thinking/initiativeAdvanced written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear, concise mannerAbility to produce and deliver presentations to diverse audiencesAdvanced interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with managers, and professional and technical staffKnowledge of change control processes and toolsIntermediate use of Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and other Microsoft toolsEpic Reporting Workbench (preferred)Preferred Knowledge Of Clinical Quality MeasuresCompany OverviewSantcore Technologies is a multidisciplinary IT consulting and solutions firm specializing in cybersecurity, GRC, cloud architecture, application security, digital transformation, and enterprise technology staffing.
