[Remote] Epic Clin Doc + Bugsy Principal Trainer

They are seeking an experienced Epic Certified Principal Trainer specializing in ClinDoc and Bugsy to support a large-scale training initiative for a Midwest healthcare client, primarily delivering instructor-led training sessions for end users.ResponsibilitiesDeliver instructor-led Epic training for end users, super users, and clinical staffFacilitate onsite classroom training during the 8-week intensive training periodSupport training development activities including curriculum updates, job aids, and tip sheetsAssist with Training, Design, Development, and Requirements (TDR) activitiesTranslate clinical workflows into clear, structured training content for end usersPartner with clinical, operational, and project teams to ensure training aligns with system build and workflowsSupport training environment readiness and validation activitiesParticipate in go-live preparation, activation support, and stabilization effortsProvide at-the-elbow support during training and post-go-live periods as neededConduct learner assessments and competency validationMaintain accurate and up-to-date training documentation aligned with system changesPromote strong end-user adoption of Epic ClinDoc and Bugsy workflows through effective facilitation and adult learning techniquesSkillsEpic ClinDoc CertificationEpic Bugsy CertificationEpic Principal Trainer credential (or ability to obtain upon hire)Proven experience delivering classroom-based Epic training in a healthcare environmentStrong understanding of inpatient clinical workflows and documentation processesExperience supporting Epic implementations, upgrades, or optimization initiativesAbility to develop and update training materials, including job aids and tip sheetsStrong presentation, facilitation, and communication skillsComfortable working onsite during extended training and activation periodsExperience working across multiple Epic applications and integrated workflowsMulti-Epic application training experience (ClinDoc + ancillary or inpatient modules)Epic inpatient ecosystem familiarity (Orders, ASAP, OpTime, Beaker, Willow exposure a plus)Large-scale Epic go-live and activation support experienceExperience in integrated delivery networks (IDNs) or multi-site health systemsBackground in clinical informatics, nursing, or hospital operationsChange management or user adoption experienceBenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work in a collaborative and innovative environment.Professional development opportunities to advance your career.Flexible work arrangements to promote work-life balance.Company OverviewEllit Groups is a healthcare IT solutions provider.
