They are seeking an Epic Certified Willow Home Infusion Analyst to serve as the subject matter expert for home infusion pharmacy workflows within Epic, supporting the continuum of care from hospital discharge to home-based infusion therapy.ResponsibilitiesServe as primary SME for Epic Willow Home Infusion workflows and configurationsManage daily support activities, ensuring timely incident and service request resolution per SLAsTroubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actionsMonitor and resolve error queues, interface issues, and home infusion workflow defectsSupport label and printer configurations for medication preparation and deliveryBuild, configure, and optimize home infusion pharmacy modules within Epic WillowConfigure workflows for medication preparation/compounding, delivery logistics, and administration trackingDevelop and maintain infusion medication builds for the Home Infusion moduleBuild and troubleshoot billing rules for payor contracts and infusion reimbursementSupport integration of Home Infusion with ambulatory and inpatient Epic modulesLead or contribute to system design, testing, and go-live activitiesLiaise between client stakeholders and technical teams to align capabilities with clinical and operational needsPartner with pharmacists, home infusion nurses, and care coordinators to translate clinical needs into solutionsCoordinate with offshore teams on task delegation, communication, and performance monitoringParticipate in team meetings with updates on status, risks, and resource needsMaintain system documentation including workflows, build specs, and testing protocolsEnsure compliance with HIPAA, data governance, medication safety, and security policiesSupport audit readiness and regulatory compliance for home infusion operationsSkillsA minimum of three years of Epic application and management support experience with home infusion operations and Epic Willow home infusion configurationActive Epic Willow Home Infusion certification requiredHigh school diploma or GEDAdditional Epic certifications (Inpatient, Ambulatory, Bugsy)Experience managing EHR support operations and meeting SLA requirementsFamiliarity with continuum-of-care workflows (hospital → outpatient → home)BenefitsMedical, dental, vision, and long-term disability coverageA 401(k) planPaid time offCompany OverviewAccenture is a professional services company that provides solutions in strategy, consulting, digital, technology and operations.
