[Remote] Epic Analyst - Cadence

They are seeking a Cadence Epic Analyst to manage scheduling configuration and demand management, working closely with client teams and Epic IT counterparts to support project work and optimize scheduling workflows.ResponsibilitiesReview and work open tickets for our client teams, coordinating with the client and Epic IT to test and migrate changes to productionConfigure and maintain Epic scheduling tools including ticket generation rules, decision trees, Fast Pass, Ticket Pass, and waitlist automationSupport configuration and optimization of provider-driven scheduling workflows for referrals and follow up ordersMaintain referral notifications, appointment request reminders, and communication workflowsCreate and monitor reports in Epic to support any of the above workflow responsibilitiesJoin operational meetings with client counterparts to provide updates on open tickets, in-flight projects, and metricsContribute to project work across Comprehensive Scheduling and Intelligence Hub initiatives, translating decisions into Epic build and fixesProvide technical guidance to schedulers, clinic staff, and contact center teams as neededLead problem-solving conversations with client managers, surfacing issues and driving toward resolutionSkills2-4 years of experience as an Epic Cadence analyst, with deep knowledge of scheduling decision trees, core scheduling setup, and appointment configurationActive Epic Cadence certification; this is a firm requirementWorking knowledge of Epic Referrals workflows; formal certification is not required but meaningful hands-on familiarity isAbility to translate operational requirements and client decisions into Epic build without step-by-step directionComfort leading client-facing meetings with operational managers and clinic stakeholdersStrong organizational skills and ability to prioritize across tickets, project work, and ad hoc requestsClear, direct communication style with both technical and non-technical audiencesAnalytical approach to monitoring performance data, identifying patterns, and recommending configuration improvementsCandidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorshipYou must work from a location within the United States with consistent internet serviceEpic MyChart certification or equivalent hands-on experienceExperience with Cheers or Hello World Epic modulesBackground working across multiple health systems or in a consulting or managed services environmentBenefitsComprehensive medical, dental, and vision coveragePaid time off401(k)Parental leaveCareer development supportCompany OverviewElevating Patient Access.
