They are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Recruiter/Sales Representative to identify talent, develop relationships, and generate business opportunities while helping companies build high-performing teams.ResponsibilitiesSource, identify, and engage qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking events, referrals, and other recruiting channelsConduct candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate skills, experience, career goals, and overall fitBuild and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needsCoordinate candidate interviews and provide ongoing communication throughout the hiring processPrepare candidates for interviews and offer guidance on resumes, interview techniques, and career opportunitiesMaintain accurate candidate records and activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS)Assist with onboarding activities and ensure compliance with client and company requirementsDevelop long-term relationships with candidates to create a strong referral network and repeat placement opportunitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, cold calling, email outreach, and referralsBuild relationships with hiring managers, business leaders, and decision-makers within target organizationsLearn client hiring needs and recommend qualified talent solutionsGenerate and qualify leads while supporting account growth initiativesConduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trendsParticipate in client meetings, sales calls, and business development activitiesHelp expand existing client relationships through exceptional service and consistent communicationSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, Communications, Human Resources, or a related fieldStrong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skillsCompetitive, goal-oriented mindset with an interest in sales, recruiting, and business developmentSelf-motivated and comfortable working independently in a startup environmentPrevious experience in sales, customer service, recruiting, athletics, leadership roles, or other performance-driven environments is a plus, but not requiredCompany OverviewL2x Talent Solutions is a recruiting and executive search company dedicated to connecting top-tier talent with leading organizations across various industries.
