Key Responsibilities:

Ā Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and reference checks to ensure a perfect match for client needs.
Ā Maintain and update candidate and client records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Ā Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and employers.
Ā Build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations to help meet their recruitment goals.
