Responsibilities
Facilitate and direct the legal review, negotiation and resolution of contracts.
Develop contracts using approved model templates and develops new contract model templates for approval.
Review and evaluate proposed contracts for necessary/acceptable contract terms and conditions.
Identify and negotiate revisions as necessary.
Serve as primary liaison with contracting principals, internal departments and external parties to ensure compliance with contract specifications and resolution of issues.
May provide leadership, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff.
Requirements
Education:
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
